It depends on how you shop. Quidco and TopCashback are both free click-through cashback sites, and which pays more varies retailer by retailer, so compare the rate for the shop you're using. Both have optional paid tiers: Quidco Premium keeps £1 of your cashback in months you shop, TopCashback Plus deducts £5 a year. JamDoughnut works differently: you buy a gift card in its app and the cashback lands in seconds. Big purchase? Check all three.

Neither wins everywhere. Across the 245 retailers where both list a percentage headline rate in our data (rates updated Quidco 23 October 2026 · TopCashback 25 October 2026), TopCashback's headline was higher at 161, Quidco's at 50, and they tied at 34. Quidco rates (Premium) were checked on Quidco's own pages 17–23 October 2026; the few Quidco rates that check couldn't find keep their earlier values. Headline rates are often ‘up to’ figures; the tier for your product matters more.
They suit different purchases. TopCashback is click-through: you shop via its link and cashback becomes payable after the retailer confirms the purchase and pays TopCashback. JamDoughnut is gift-card cashback: you buy a digital gift card for the retailer in the app, the cashback is added as points within seconds, and you spend the card online or in store. JamDoughnut's rate is usually a flat rate, while TopCashback's headline is often an 'up to' figure for specific categories. In our data JamDoughnut lists 131 of our retailers, TopCashback 275.
As of October 2026: Quidco Basic is free; Quidco Premium retains £1 from your cashback in any month you shop through Quidco, with no charge in months you don't, and Quidco says Premium rates are up to 25% higher on selected retailers. Rates shown on Quidco when logged out are Premium rates (Quidco Premium). TopCashback is free to join and Classic membership is free; Plus deducts £5 from your earnings each membership year, taken when you withdraw (TopCashback Plus vs Classic). JamDoughnut charges 30p to cash out to a bank account; cashing out to a gift card has no fee (JamDoughnut help).

TopCashback — payout by bank transfer, PayPal or gift cards; its terms say each payout method may set its own minimum, so check the method before withdrawing (terms). JamDoughnut — cash out once you have 1,000 points (£10) (source).
JamDoughnut. As of October 2026, its cashback is credited as points within seconds of buying the gift card, and bank cash-outs are usually processed within one working day (source). With Quidco and TopCashback, cashback tracks as pending, is confirmed by the retailer, and can only be withdrawn once the retailer has paid the platform its commission, so timing depends on the retailer. Quidco says withdrawals then typically take a few days to process.
